¶1. On July 13, PolOff conveyed reftel information and
request to Carlos Cordero Madrigal, head of the Disarmament,
Terrorism, and Organized Crime Section within the Foreign
Policy Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (FMA).
¶2. Cordero advised that his office had already prepared the
response and it was now at the desk of the Procurador General
(Attorney general) for clearance.
