On April 10, A/DCM delivered reftel information on the Hague Code of Conduct Against Ballistic Missile Prolferation (HCOC) to MFA Undersecretary Abdulaziz Al-Khalifa and encouraged the GOB to deposit a subscribing Note Verbale with the Austrian government. Abdulaziz explained that, while the MFA is supportive, it must first consult with the Bahrain Defense Forces (BDF). He committed to follow up with the BDF to seek concurrence.
