If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). PolOff shared U.S. objectives regarding the upcoming Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) Article XIV Conference in New York with Valentine Madojemu, an officer in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's (FCO) Counterproliferation Department, on September 21. (Ref A) Madojemu affirmed close U.S.-UK cooperation regarding the CTBT as well as other matters related to nonproliferation, disarmament, and arms control, and promised to pass information about the CTBT Supporters meeting to the UK's UN Mission.
