1.(SBU) Pol/Econ Chief delivered reftel demarche to Mehdi al-Mjribi, Director of the International Organizations office at Libya's Ministry-equivalent of Foreign Affairs, on November 5.Mjribi said that his office had reviewed Ms. Myers' experience and qualifications and had no problem supporting the nomination. He said that Libya usually casts votes for such positions based on a candidate's experience and would most likely vote for Ms. Myers. CRETZ
